How to Use

Build the day around the two moments that matter. Both formulas come in single-serve sachets, so neither one asks you to be at home.

MORNING, RISE. Dissolve one sachet in 250 ml of water.

BEFORE ACTIVITY, MOVE. Dissolve one sachet, 11.5 g, in 250 ml of water at least 20 minutes before your session. One serving per day, morning or evening.

THE TUMBLER carries the hours in between. Fill it once in the morning and it stays with you until the day is done.

MOVE: Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of EGCG or more. Not to be consumed together with other products containing green tea on the same day. Not to be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 18. Not to be consumed on an empty stomach.
