How to Use

Build the day around the two moments that matter. Both formulas come in single-serve sachets, so neither one asks you to be at home.

MORNING, RISE. Dissolve one sachet in 250 ml of water.

BEFORE ACTIVITY, MOVE. Dissolve one sachet, 11.5 g, in 250 ml of water at least 20 minutes before your session. One serving per day, morning or evening.

THROUGH THE DAY, THE WATER BOTTLE. Fill it, close it and keep water with you between the two.

Slip a sachet into your bag, your car or your carry-on and mix it straight in the bottle wherever you are.
